- How do I book a car?
- Booking a car is easy. Start by choosing your vehicle on our website and filling out the booking form. We’ll get back to you within 2 hours during business hours and within 24 hours outside of business hours to confirm your reservation. If you prefer talking to a human, give us a call at +3725014095, and we can sort out your booking over the phone. If you want to pay by invoice, we’ll send you a prepayment invoice that must be paid before the rental period starts. You can also pay by card or cash when you pick up the car. Then you just need to show up on time to collect your ride.
- Where do I pick up and drop off the car?
- Car pick-up and drop-off happen at our office, Tallinna mnt 99a, Pärnu. If you’re within Pärnu and need special treatment, we can pick you up and bring you to the office to complete the paperwork and hand over the car. And if you’re further away (like at Tallinn or Riga airport), we can arrange for delivery there too, for an extra fee.
- How can I pay and what are the payment terms?
- You can pay with international credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro), and cash is also welcome. Paying by invoice is possible, but remember, the invoice must be paid before the rental period begins.
- What should I do if I’ve made a booking request but haven’t received a response?
- It might just be a technical glitch. Please give us a call at +3725014095, and we’ll sort out your booking right away.
- How old do I need to be and what type of driver’s licence do I need to rent a car?
- It’s pretty straightforward. If you’re at least 25 years old and have a valid driver’s licence that allows you to drive in Estonia, you’re good to go! If you have a licence from some exotic country, you might need an international driver’s licence too. And of course, you need at least two years of driving experience so we can sleep peacefully at night.
- What happens if the car gets damaged or stolen?
- Oh no, the car got scratched or, even worse, stolen! Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered. You’re responsible for any lost parts and accessories. In case of an accident, you’ll need to cover the damages up to the excess amount specified in the contract. If the car is stolen and all conditions are met, the maximum excess is 1200 €. And of course, inform us immediately at +3725014095 and, if needed, the police at 112 to get things sorted out.
- What insurance coverage is included?
- The rental price includes mandatory liability insurance, so you can drive with peace of mind. If you want extra protection, you can get comprehensive insurance for 19 € per day with a 200 € excess.
- Can I drive the car outside of Estonia?
- Feeling adventurous? Cross-border rentals are possible, but they need to be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees. Unless stated otherwise in the contract, let’s stick to enjoying the roads of Estonia.
- What if I don’t have time to refuel the car before returning it?
- Life is busy, and you didn’t have time to refuel? No problem! We’ll fill up the tank for you, but there’s a refuelling fee of 30 € plus the cost of the missing fuel. We’ll send you an additional invoice for this.
- When exactly do I need to return the car, and what if I’m late?
- The rental day lasts 24 hours, and the return time is specified in the rental contract. If you’re late, double the rental rate applies unless otherwise agreed. If you see you won’t make it on time, let us know, and we’ll work something out.
- What if I’ve paid for the rental period in advance but want to return the car early?
- If you want to return the car early, no problem, you can always do that. But remember, no refunds are given even if you return the car before the rental period ends.
- Are there any mileage limits?
- You have 350 km per day to explore our roads. If you need to drive more, each extra kilometre costs 0.15 €.
- Are there discounts for long-term rentals?
- Of course! Let us know your needs, and we’ll make you a special offer.
